We are looking for an energetic Property Maintenance Team Leader to join our busy, growing Landscape and Property Maintenance Business in a Permanent role. In addition, there is a Casual role available. Both roles will be in the Gold Coast and Northern NSW Regions.

The successful applicants will be capable of carrying out a variety tasks including mowing, whipper snipping, edging, hedging, cleaning, gardening, pruning, weed control and window cleaning. They will also possess the following qualities and skills:
🌱Current manual Driver’s licence and clean driving record
🌱Certificate 3 in Horticulture or equivalent
🌱Chemical applications accreditations AC/DC or Chemcert
🌱Current first aid certificate
🌱Chainsaw accreditation
🌱Demonstrated a high-level understanding of Safe Work Practices
🌱Competent in the safe use of all relevant tools and equipment
🌱Passion for the environment and working outdoors
🌱Reliable and available Monday to Friday for varying shifts
🌱Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
🌱Great communication skills
🌱Very high attention to detail
🌱Non-smoker preferred
🌱Physically fit
🌱NSW Working With Children card and BlueCard desirable
🌱Certificate 3 or greater in Management desirable
